  1. If you are using PCBGIF Version 1.3 or before, read Up-TO-20.DOC.

  3. If you have never used PCBGIF, delete UP-TO-20.DOC and REM-RES.EXE, unZIP
  4. PCBGIF.ZIP, and read PCBGIF.DOC.
  5.  
  6. PCBGIF.ZIP also contains a 3rd ZIP, GIFDIR1.ZIP.  This program is required 
  7. for PCBGIF to run, but was not written by me.  It is a totally separate 
  8. program, included only because there are different programs out called
  9. GIFDIR by different programmers.  It is being supplied only to avoid 
  10. confusion.  Please treat it as a separate program.
